Quite stressful--it's difficult to consider your strategy when you have limited time and bars draining in front of you.  It's hard to guess what the impact of any particular decision will be, and you die fast. Impressive for how much tension it builds with such limited graphics, though. Definitely gets across the feeling of desperation.
