I like it so far! I am suspicious of Soren though. I think this little dog thing is harmless. It hasn't been shown to be aggressive, just trying to run away. I think its job is to take souls of the dead to the afterlife, or to move on, reincarnate, however this works. In any case, the Netherworld looks pretty desolate, so there must be somewhere else all the dead souls go to. Doggo is just trying to do its job! And Soren wants to kill it?! I think he has some kind of nefarious plan up his sleeve for the protagonist...
