3/5 stars. Cool tool, but it's too small for me to make still small games.

Don't get me wrong. Entire software is great. This application resurrected retro game development for sure. There are some features that I don't like, though. Resolution doesn't respect 16:9 aspect ratio, horrible moving in the code editor when there are a lot of characters in one line, the limits which "choke" too much (especially token limit) and no Unicode support. These four cons really disappoint me as a game developer who has already developed some games and when I've been forced once again to reduce tokens and make my code "spaghetti", I decided to quit. "TIC-80" is more forgiving, it has resolution close to widescreen and twice as many tokens to insert.
