The game works sometimes, and it's a great idea.  When I can play, it's fun.  But the game goes way too fast and has quite a few bugs (and mechanical issues).

The first issue I ran into was selecting the vehicles.  And even when I could select them, I couldn't assign them to anything.  

Also, asking for money helps, but the political system is way too cheap.  I almost "finished" the game in 10 minutes.
