TLDR if you like the moodlet kind of gameplay of zombiod, the brutal atmosphere of fear and hunger (minus the sexual nature of that game) and pixel style games this is absolutely for you at its current state I think this is at least a 15-20 dollar game and it is just a "demo". This game has heavy potential to be one of the best if not the best in its class,  just punishing enough that when you have the tools to tackle medical issues it feels stressful and when you don't you start feeling hopeless but kinda like in an immersive way. The exploration is fun and it feels like an actually interesting take on the spelunking games. I wish there was some kind of multiplayer though I do realize this game does benefit from being single player. It would be fun if you could customize your expie  though being what I think is a clone kinda makes sense why you cant. This game is not sun shine and rainbows though so i would not recommend this game to anyone that cant handle watching their avatar scream for their life while there is literally nothing you can do about it. 

Some things id like to see personally is,

A dedicated crawl at its state right now you can go ragdoll and slide across the ground but that does not feel good.

Dialogue options for haggling or other expies you find. (they seem to have different personalities, maybe the gameplay is more so i am watching my expie do its thing and be a little tone deaf in convos but its odd how i can piss a guy off by just sayin whatsup.)

(to the devs, you got a real gem here yall I cant wait to see what you do with it and I am excited to see you succeed I might even buy a couple copies of the game just cause its that kinda good)
