While the game could be interesting on its own, the AI slop assets are a deal-breaker. If the lack of time for backgrounds was a constraint, then you could have used some royalty free placeholders, or literally even sketches done with a pencil. Any artwork created with a human hand would have been better than a soulless remix of stolen artwork hallucinated by a machine.
