I am genuinely impressed with how complex this story is. Lots of branching paths, and yet it all seems to fit together. The writing's not perfect, and lines are often attributed to the wrong character, but it's not terrible. The weakest link is in the visuals; animations are pretty rough at times, and some of the faces have the most dead-eyed, soulless mannequin expressions I've ever seen in an AVN. It does improve over time, but it's still kind of off-putting. A bit more polish in those areas, and this could be five stars. Still worth playing, I believe, and I'll definitely be looking forward to a continuation.
