Should be a 3.5, but I'll round up due to being a Jam game.

It's a pretty simple inflation minigame, barely even a game, you just click and click in a loop as she grows bigger and she hits new thresholds and talks to you about the inflation and so on. It goes for a "realistic" kind of size, so no room-filling shenanigans either, she pretty much ends on about the size of a pregnancy.
Oddly, it's coded in RPG Maker, but it's not actually using any mechanics or assets from RPGM except for the title screen.
Also the translation isn't great and the title screen's in French, but it doesn't matter much.

Really not that much to say, it's a simple game with simple art. No major complaints.
