Oookay, where to begin? I liked it. A lot. I basically went through the 5 weeks in a few days. I find most if not all characters very endearing, the story premise is fascinating and the story pulls you in. I have to say I LOVE the character concept of Hyuzefians.

There are, well, not downsides, but let's say shortcomings. The writing is a bit all over the place, sometimes I have the feeling a sentence is cut off before it ends, sometimes the translation is too long for the text field. Nothing major, not too distracting, just feels a bit unpolished. Also quite a few orthographic errors (sometimes stemming pretty obviously from the author not being a native English speaker), but I can glance over that.

The graphics are mostly okay, certainly **ahem** doing their job in terms of eroticism. Just at first I thought the Hyuzefians had gills because of the way the textures of the heads behaved directly at the neck line. Other than that, the alien charaters are beautiful in their alien way and the humans are actually pretty great.

The main hangup is that it took me WAY longer than the introduction to understand the whole timeline concept / delay for the Neuronauts... so it's a bit overwhelming at first. If you can ignore not understanding a story element (I can) then that is fine, you'll get it later. If not - whew.

All in all a very interesting read, definitely subbing/buying it!
