I own this game on Steam, where I've played through the first couple hours.

This is legit. Everything is here, and implemented with care. There are things to find everywhere you look. The game also feels nice, with great music, visuals, a lively and complicated world, and a cohesive aesthetic. 

Gameplay is so far pretty chill, offering a suite of available skills without too much pressure from enemies. The quest system is useful without being intrusive. There are hints at a crafting system.

This is clearly the result of a lot of careful labor, worth your time and money.
