this dialogue man...it feels unnatural in general but also...

i personally believe the point of a relationship/dating sim is to show off the charming personalities of ur characters, so why does the player character spend so much dialogue inflating this guy "omg mr 1st ur so talented amd thoughtful and hardworking" its late at night ingame mc  just got online and 5 sentences in and the player is tripping over themselves (and honestly kind of implicitly putting their own academic worth own) to compliment this guy. its honestly kind of misleading to use words like "rivalry" and "competition" if this is the dynamic. its so grating.

a romance between two ppl who got assigned together is an adorable concept, why make it weird? okay they're the top of the class? cute, just dont make it weird.
