I really enjoy the hard sci-fi sections, and the focus on "life on the ground" that Lancer's core rulebook lacks. It gave me a lot of insight into how the world is that made it very easy to jump into the setting feet-first. The authorial voice is excellent and I really enjoy the sincerity in which everything is presented--the characters might all be pathetic space weirdos running from something, but that makes them human, and that makes them real. One of my favorite modules I've read or run in the last ten years; easily in top 10 of all time.
