I've never seen an RPG with such a low setting to rules ratio. I was excited to learn more about the world of Girl Frame upon purchase, and was left with 200 pages of bullet points of things the PCs and NPCs can do and not much else.

Was not a fan of the way player safety is presented in this game. Directly from the game, "This game can't keep you safe nor does it want to." Thanks, I wasn't asking it to? I can't see how putting your player safety information on page 110/200 makes any kind of sense, however. If you're going to take such a hard stance on the subject, be up front about it, don't bury it in the middle.

I'm not sure who this game is for. Fans of sci fi and mecha won't find anything within that really expands on the world beyond what they can already find on the store page. We're told point blank that it's expected that our characters will have sex, but it's not a sexy game. I'm not asking for a more titillating rulebook; the fact that the sex in game is handled as dice rolls that determine if you have good, medium, or bad sex feels like a meme.
