This is a fantastic game! Very cool cooperative city builder, inspired by and built on the bones of fractal game Microsoft (another favorite game). I used it as a session zero tool to build a city for my urban fantasy RPG, but I think we're going to continue using it in parallel with the RPG to keep developing the city. Highly recommented. My team didn't use every bit of the improv-based tools (we didn't act out any scenes) but there was still a ton of excellent creative sparking going on. I suspect that the more we use it, the deeper into it we'll go. One of my favorite session zero tools, right up there with Backstory Cards.
