Really can't judge this game TOO thoroughly since I'm a straight dude and like 95% of the game's content is male, but there's a "versus" mode you can play singleplayer on and choose to feed the game's only female character in it.
AFAIK, the game's main story, the actual RPG, is male only, and you play as a dude.

Anyway, I started the VS mode with no opponent, turned the timer way high to give tons of time to feed the singular woman and she got huge. The stuffing minigame itself isn't too bad either, even if it's a bit simple, it's simply one of those "feed but don't max out the strain meter, drink if you need to recover faster" games, and you fill up a fullness meter that makes the character bigger every time it maxes out, up until the final size.

Would give 5 stars, but I've always felt that lewd games should be all male, all female, ~50/50, or just have toggles to enable/disable what you like/dislike, and this game commits the cardinal sin of being mostly male with only the one girl, which just seems like a waste to add her at that point if the cast is gonna be that unbalanced.
