this story wants you to feel things and it makes you feel things too damn well. there isnt a single time when i was playing this where i couldnt relate to the terror or the shame of dumb youth or the desolation or the obsession or the clinging on to anything of substance (see what i did there) in life. its not often i consume media that has me screaming at the screen making me wanna strangle the characters for being perfect representations of horrific experiences . more like screaming at versions of my past self that this story somehow encapsulates in such a short amount of time. gosh i just cant stop gushing about it in my head. all of the different elements mesh so well to create the perfect atmosphere that feels like the damp bottom of an empty beer can. the art is so smooth and dank, the music feels like its being encoded into the folds of your brain, the writing style is so expressive and yet objective that it feels like cosmic truths personalized for you suffering. i spent a solid 10 minutes staring at the screen after i finished it and its rare that stories make me do that. great project, i cant wait for more like this.
