As the game said, it doesn't just go away with simple sentences and game clicks, but small improving actions and thoughts helps, and that's all that matters for us, folks with anxiety and great fears of the big world, as looking too far ahead in the future and seeking for "improvement goals" would worry us even more XD so what matters most is our current small steps for a brighter future uwu
