One of the most finished, concise, and fun games of it's sort that I've seen. Mechanically it works well, and takes very little explanation to enjoy. I only have three small issues that I think are significant, one of which might be considered just personal. The first (and most objective) problems are the inconsistent images and how badly they sometimes match the descriptions (you have a lady with a cupsize with a long list of Z's and she's significantly smaller than someone just over half way through the alphabet). The next, which I suspect  may be the result of it being "in progress", is that sometimes the dialog reflects the idea that things have happened in the storyline that you might not have actually done yet. 

Lastly, and this may just be me, but with as large as some of the women get, I'd love to see them surpass the size of your player - but I'm into female hypermuscle, so I'm a bit biased - but again, this is in progress, so if there's hope of further "expanion" I want to be the first to overtly suggest it.
