I think it's rather genius design to have a play space just this size on a timer. It makes me think of how to make my runs more efficient as I replay. A few issues I have involve the overall lack of character dialogue. Outside of the text provided at the beginning and when you use your spirit orbs to move them forward they're static. I only recall on instance of the mystic speaking on her own and it was during a single playthrough when I waited for her in the library to get to the book. She made a comment about how the book she found must've been left by someone. I wanted to see that again in other playthroughs but it didn't come up those times fulfilling the same conditions. I also thought there could be a neat 7th ending by doing the flower story and sending my orbs to the monster until the 30 orb refresh came along, then I would finish the mystic's story and see her monster form from the original monster's point of view, but that was just my game breaking mind at work. Overall, a wonderful piece of atmosphere that's game first and titillation second; that's a unique thing in that space.
