One of my favorite horror/investigation TTRPGs currently out right now, and probably one of the best for emulating new-school shounen anime like JJK or Chainsaw Man. Mechanics are centered around player vulnerability, an ebb and flow of benefits and deficiencies that makes character creation not only easy but with enough depth to navigate the game's systems with special mention to the Agenda system for making customizability for player class loadouts simple and fun to utilize and evolve from.

Give Tom Bloom your money if you haven't already, it's well worth it and I have sworn by its systems alongside Call of Cthulhu and Alien RPG as one of my all time favorite horror RPGs.
