Monty on the Run was one of my favourite games on the C64, and it should come as no surprise that Barnsley is very much alike. From the title screen pose, to the graphic style in-game.

It isn't just a MotR clone though, with items littered around the world to aid your journey, makes for a really enjoyable game. The biggest difference is that in this game, you can pickup a slingshot to help dispose of enemies in your way, whereas Monty was purely timing and positioning.

I thoroughly enjoyed playing it, and certainly hope they make a sequel.
