I'm not really a fan of horror games but because I've been redoing most of my old reviews and ratings, I decided to actually try playing the games in this collection. Just like the previous demo disc, a lot of the games lagged and there were some that didn't work in this one, so I'll have to retry them later. Also like the previous demo disc, I wont say too much about each games, as I'll provide full reviews for the games when Itchio recommends them to me (assuming they have pages here).
But before I provide the brief reviews of each game, I want to mention that I was able to run this demo disc through Wine on Linux. I didn't have any issues with the launcher itself this time but as I mentioned above, there was at least one game that didn't seem to work properly at all. This could just be an issue with my hardware though, since a lot of the games were lagging.
Anyways, the first game I was able to play was "Agony of a Dying MMO" and this game has some crazy dialog, that's all I'm going to say.
Mummy Sandbox was a little confusing at first but it's a pretty decent game.
Peeb Adventures was pretty good, the grapple mechanic worked pretty well.
The Heilwald Loophole was confusing. I did everything I could think of but I just ended up dying no matter what I did. I probably didn't finish this demo.
Protagoras Bleeds looks like a pretty good RE clone but I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing. I'm pretty sure I didn't finish this demo either.
Still Ridge, I have no idea what to do. Assuming this game is like the PT demo, I only completed one loop before getting stuck.
An Outcry, I felt like I had no idea what was happening but I was able to complete this demo.
The Drowning Machine, I was a little confused about what I was supposed to be doing but I'm fully aware of what the game is trying to convey.
Ghastly Goodies, this was a decent game but there were a few times I had trouble telling where my character was actually heading because the character was very far from the camera.
Fiend's Isle, I was a little confused at first and it took me a few tries before I was actually able to complete this demo but it's decent. I would have liked it more if the game actually paused when opening the menu.
Secret game 1, I had no idea what to do. If there's more than just reading, looking at some pictures and viewing the screen saver, I didn't see everything that was available in this "game".
Secret game 2, it's a pretty good 3D platformer but I don't really have much to say about it.
