The author's voice also clearly shines through the text, bringing with it her very strong point-of-view. In this case, that authorial voice works brilliantly, again underlining the central theme of the game: In a world where vampires, werewolves, and ghosts exist, the real monsters are systems of greed and oppression that value profit over human life.
