Graphics and level design are great. However catacombs are too boring for the game's first level despite they look gorgeous.
Player movement feels disguisting. Too much speed, no smooth, diagonal velocity bugged. Thus there's no actual need to use dash. Ones dash cooldown resets it would be great to notify with a sound.
Audio sources should be moved to corresponding objects where the sound comes from and not be just played at the player's position. When you hear an enemy roaring in right at your ears while it's ten meters behind the corner that just breaks the immersion.
The enemies are few, my ammo are many. Also enemies are just useless and can be skipped running through with the diagonal velocity bug. Had no challenge at all playing on medium difficulty. Too much overage goods on the map, might be better to let enemies to drop supplies instead of putting an extra everywhere. Instead of those extras, some kind of collectable points could be placed to keep the player's encourage to explore the level.
Painkiller has a great feature when you approach the secret place it plays an enticing sound. Might be worth to consider the same here.
Need a good ingame tutorial on the blades combine&throw feature. Remove the third strike from the blades cause the attack duration feels too lingering.
To mention again, the level design got me surprised the way it's so good.
