The delay from when you can attack def sucked up alot of enjoyment for me.  Part of the reason super hot was so fun is because you're not limited by any actions, but your movement. You can shoot as many times as you want while time barely moves, shooting at multiple targets in a split second in their time. But here? It's not satisfying.
