the writing is phenomenal, and I'm proud to call this the first interactive novel I've ever played. I've grown so obsessed with this game ever since I finished the demo. I played through the scavenger backstory and I cant tell you how emotional playing through it felt- the dialogue and characters have so much life to them, like i full on cried because it felt like I was there in every scene! I expected the backstory to simply be a few lines of text explaining from whence i came or how life has shaped our character, but being able to choose how everything went before the main story is what made this demo so amazing. I'm considering doing all of the backstories just to play this game again.
