Outstanding. Very fun. The Steam game is more polished and fixes a lot of UI issues in this one. Some things I disliked about the game were the annoying buzzing sound of the dial up internet which can be a bit distressing if you are searching for many things at once and the slow loading screens (but that can be excused as adding to the 90s aesthetic). The computer screen and text was also very small and you cannot zoom in. The photos were a bit sketchy but I appreciated the developer's honesty in using AI. The Steam game does not use AI illustrations and I really appreciate the highlighting feature in Spider Search! Definitely a better experience on Steam for sure. You can still play this version for free and that's very generous of the developer. I am excited to see what they create next.
