short n... well not really sweet. but. y'know. Very straightforward little horror premise, enjoyable, but a bit lacking in some of the script. The writing has some punchy lines, but often repeats later to its own detriment, like the repeat descriptions of the corpse. I also think trying to make a point of "here's how this grotesque tragedy with very real human consequences just kinda gets overshadowed in the greater news" is an admirable writing goal, or at least I assume that's the point with the little ending tidbit on the news (to tie into the title, I assume) along with the little "before" section at the end. But it isn't quite long enough to deliver that. Maybe if there were more than one vignette? or if it was a little bit longer?

Still, despite the kinda clunky engine (most of my wrath evaporated when I realized I could use the space button as long as the last thing I had clicked was the "next" button) I think the art is fantastic, and the work is overall solid! The... cinematography, for instance, is really good. Glad you made something for the jam, and looking forward to what you do next!
