A cheerfully dismal setting of sugar-shellacked miseries-- I have no idea if I'll ever use it in play, but just reading it was enjoyable. I simultaneously want to know more about this mildly-demented world and feel more appreciative of my none-too-glamorous life, which at least conspicuously lacks deranged sealife and Taffy Cults. I'm also looking forward to any expanded content, if that wasn't obvious.
