I enjoyed my time with Terranova! Of the endings, the middle-of-the-road one was my favorite. Spoilers below.

It was far more bitter than sweet, but such is often the nature of high school friendships, especially among queer friendgroups. Kids aren't equipped to save one another, no matter how desperately they might wish to, or how strongly they may put the onus on each other. I felt that that ending spoke to the enormity of that sense of frustration.
