I sat awhile trying to think about what the first thing that comes to mind when I think about this game and it was hard. This game didn't stand out to me a lot but definitely shines brighter than most games on itch. Maybe you could say the scenes at times looked pretty good, like the intro to the killer. Maybe the story stood out to you more because at least it wasn't cringey. I don't but this is starting to sound bad so let me explain.

I write these reviews a day after I upload the game to see what comes to mind a day after I've sat on the experience. Thinking back it the first thing that comes to mind is the antagonist. The way you frame scenes when they are involved are cool and the music does a great job of amping that. All other scenes are bland and boring, the only other one that kind of stuck of was the introduction of the abandon house. I feel like the last ending might be there but I was too stupid to figure it out, or maybe the game didn't lead to you trying to do many things.

The way the game starts is setup well with the opening scenes. They don't last too long and they add a grace before the chaos kind of thing. The story also flows pretty well; there was never a point where I was like "what am I doing," or "what's going on". That along with the atmosphere kept me in the game. I also think you did great with making players want to try for multiple ending, just because a game has them doesn't mean you want to play it again to try and find them. It still felt a bit (I said shallow here before but I'm trying to think of another word). Everything around the antagonist was cool and involved while everything else was like extra. Like what was the point of the old man and the barn area (I can talk more on it but this is already long). It felt like a test of a new horror villain you guys want to introduce into some kind of franchise.

lol ok so this game feels like a horror villain showcase with a bit of plot in between. It's a pretty good play, and I would recommend it for sure for the experience and the playtime.

Reading some of again it sounds like I didn't like my experience, but I have to give the good and bad feedback not just the good to be honest.
