Fails to provide a completed product, as well as failing to provide documentation (a previous user commented asking for it and he claimed he would do it 9 months ago as of this writing, but never did, and when I reached out he instead harassed me for being American rather than taking accountability for his childish behavior.)
Also he's deactivated comments after my comments proving his misbehavior each time. Proves my point.
