Really good idea on this one, I can see some potential if you do it right.

Really like the mix of 2D and 3D. Some adjustments on the textures and lights are needed though. The lighting is fine, but when we get close to it with our character, you can see how strong it looks on him, when it should be more soft.

Textures should be obvious why, they look horrendous. It does fit the cartoon-ish style that you're trying to go after, but some of them don't look good at all. The ones in the walls and floor is fine, but they need to be seamless.

I really believe you can make something beautiful here, so I hope you can come back to it someday. Good luck. :p
