This game strikes a balance between being surreal and grounded. The art, music, and premise build a mood for this world, and I love it. I'd have assumed that the characters and their dialogue would be impenetrable, to stay on theme, but no, the conversations are easy to follow and fascinating in their exploration of vulnerability. 

The game is primarily an exploration of anxiety, both literal and metaphorically. You have the journey to meet the Thoughtforms and deal with monsters created from negative moods. But you also get the protagonist just having trouble dealing with being the center of attention of even a small group of people. 

So, I love this game and I recommend you all give it a shot.
