Absolutely fantastic... this is one of the *best* GM guides ever created.  My only quibble is that the lulu cover dimensions would not work w/ Lulu.  I was forced to make my own cover... so I must reluctantly give it a A+.  Once the lulu cover file is corrected, I will give it the A++ it is due!
