Great game/ possible bug?

I love exploration in spooky games and unraveling the story but snooping around!! HOWEVER I don't know if it's just a one time thing, but I did find a bug in which you can't go up the stairs with the W key. I did find you can bypass this by going backwards up the stairs using the S key. However, the issue did go away after some time. 

DON'T READ ANY FURTHER IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW HOW SCARY THE GAME IS!!!!

Other than that, I really love the story and especially appreciate the lack of jumpscares!!!! I would have deleted the came if it was too scary, but it was able to be such a interesting and eerie game!!
