This is a great one-shot adventure. You can print this on a 3-fold 1pager and play to your heart's content. 

Just ran this as my first ever Mausritter session and it worked out great.
Almost half of the adventure's interesting points were essentially only used as spice for my run. It allowed me to prep minimally but still enabled me to infuse the setting of the game with flavor for my players. Mwah!
