Revised review

Its been years since I last opened the app and discovered.....

SHIT!!!

There's hasn't been any real improvements still no proper blur/smudge brush I do alot of handpainted textures and I cant do that with this app, setting up brushed doesn't work, setting up materials doesn't work. 

And him saying that blur/smudge does work no this dude doesn't understand the concept even when shown.

This dude has been working on this for years and Got a Mega grant from Epic games.  There's very little shown in the end.

But due to that lack of response or understanding from the developer, 

(it's been too many years 4 or 5 I stopped counting now it just angers me)

I don't recommend it. Save your money for something better. 

If the developer was responsive to improvements sure my opinion would change. BUT hasn't seen it so this opinion will stick.
