Great little demo. There's an awful lot of charm in this little game, and I had fun with it for a short incremental romp.
I'm a little concerned with longevity based on what I've seen of the loop. The meta-progression angle with plates and stars is a good first pass, but one-dimensional, which imo will lead to not a lot of room to grow. More sushi, more robots, more customers and more meta-improvements with stars and plates will only go so far. Our little blue restaurateur with the top hat only owes so much money to the bank. If the goal is to keep this bite-sized overall, then I think the design we've seen is fine, so it all comes down to what the desired scope for the game is.
What keeps me interested is the charm, and this has it in spades.
