This game had a really cute animation style and nice arts as well, but I felt as though the mansion was a little drab and colorless. I get the moody aesthetic and all, but all the rooms could have used more color. Asides from that, the calendar puzzle was rough. Having the calendar way before it's use was introduced and having the 139 red book puzzle stay active despite being solved made me feel like I had to connect the purple numbering on the calendar to a purple book color. Despite having all the ingredients to get to the next room at that point, I erred from using the pills on the boiling water due to the "are you sure" confirmation, which made me feel I was missing something. Overall, this game had nice puzzles but due to some confusion I didn't like the game as much as I would have liked to.
