The controls are not Newbie friendly, however

If you can get past this, you get the most comprehensive Alien game ever made. It can be scary as giant Aliens come crawling/flying/sprinting in and around your base, sometimes doing stuff just to mess with you. But when you lock tf in and figure the fundamentals of the game it becomes more of a silly game. There are several meme items, useful gadgets and upgrades, and even friendly entities. The sheer scale of how much they put in this game is commendable on its own.
