I'm not the least bit biased because this was created by my friend :) 
It's the work of someone with a very specific and personal artistic vision. I greatly admire people who create multimedia artwork by themselves, because I aspire to make things with this level of depth myself.
I still don't know what "toxic yuri" is or what "empty spaces" are outside of this VN, but a key underlying theme seems to be a curious and truly toxic intermingling of D/S/S&M dynamics with abusive relationship dynamics.
