Beautiful, polished, and rage-quit-inducing. I loved this game so much until the difficulty ramped up like slamming into a wall. I had beaten several bosses, earned extra health and new abilities, enjoying the challenge until I hit a platforming challenge area that broke me...so many deaths (like, an insane amount of tries) trying to jump-dash-jump across spikes and crumbling blocks while dodging scatter-shot bullets in room after room with no saves or health refills. I had to just delete it from my PlayDate and move on with life to other games. Developer? You did an amazing job but please, for the love of God, put a health plant in that nightmare of an area. I wanted to finish this game but just could not for my mental health.
