While the sprite work is quite nice I really cannot get behind the story and characters. It's really annoying when the MC literally has no say in what's happening to her and shows no emotion beyond a meek 'No...'. Literally everyone walks all over her. Its so frustrating for her to be forced to do something even tho its very obvious she doesn't want to but because the ghost or whoever else say 'she wants it so force it on her' that must mean its true. No, sorry. Not for me. Shame as again the artwork is real nice.

There is also this weird lag issue when doing anything, moving from one location to the next, scrolling through the menus it all takes a few seconds longer than it should. The combat gets a little repetitive, the magic and item UI is too big so you have multiple pages for each item. If they were shrunk down some it would fit much better and show most spells/items on one page. Also the numerous errors I kept getting because I had a companion with me that didn't want them there was too much in the end. Really wish this site had half star choices, this is at least 2 and half stars as I see the effort put in. It's just the premise itself is not for me at all.
