From playthrough experience to the storyline, Aria's Story (version 1.1) was a rich journey. Characters. Locations. Music. Symbolism. Atmosphere.
Every location had something new and contributed crucial details and experiences to the game. There were no redundant events, and that formed the concise and powerful story called Aria's Story.
Apart from minor details such as the strange wording from an art teacher book in Chapter 3: Romance ("If you came to my painting class, you'll have to come back later." should probably be "If you came for my painting class, you'll have to come back later." Otherwise, the book would be saying Aria had already attended the class -- which would not be true.), the game was relatively free of issues. There was one thing that did trip me up, though. That was the lockpad-like interface. Without up/down arrows to guide the user to press the 'up' or 'down' key, I had to resort to searching for a ooo bug on the internet. I found a video of a playthrough. And found that the three ooo's that I thought they were empty dots were, in fact, 000's! That was probably the only problem that made the playthrough a little bit bumpy.
I don't know if creators see their games' ratings and 'words about the game', but if you're reading this, thank you! Aria's Story is just like reading a good book. (But, of course, it's a game instead of a book.)
