Immediately fun, cute, and charming. Graphics and music are great, sound effects are punchy and controls are responsive and simple.  My favorite part (and often an underrated one) is how well the game is tutorialized, with absolutely no dialogue boxes or pauses in gameplay.  You see a thing and interact with it, and it makes immediate sense!  Wonderful little game.
