3D and expansion, especially interactive expansion, aren't a common mix, and for good reason: it can be hard to make expansion in 3D work smoothly. But this game nails it, and the actual gameplay section is surprisingly fun despite the simplicity. One complaint would be that managing arousal without passing out feels way too intense and timing-perfect for such a seemingly-minor mechanic. Having your cursor constantly drawn to the relief room is, despite being a cool thematic idea, pretty annoying in practice, when it's that hard to manage.
