Great out of the gate!   I look forward to seeing some of the various story lines progress.  Keep perfecting your art, keep writing what comes from the heart.  I think it is nice to include friendship and romance coupled with some "creative" bdsm bedroom stuff.  My heart likes to see dire circumstances to overcome/endure.  I hope to see things get crazy for the protagonist.  Without giving anything away, I was really excited in the basement, but recognize it is too early in the game/novel to "pull out all the stops".
