Jeremy survived Otter Island...but living afterwards is another question. Suffering from PTSD, among other Island-induced ailments, and jobless, he takes the only job for which he's qualified: Night Warden at the local library. But the job interview is sketchy, the guy you're replacing equally so, and apparently Jeremy never bothered to read the dosage instructions for his medication....
A great little waking nightmare and a realistic exploration of "what happens to a character after that RPG Maker horror they lived through", Night Warden is definitely some great, short psycological horror, hampered by some unearned jumpscares and by the use of a 3rd-party 3D engine for this version of RPG Maker. Not sure if it's the 3D engine, how the game developer used it, or both, but it definitely makes the whole experience quite janky and unnecessarily-unnatural to control. But those are things which shouldn't hinder you from trying out this game.
