This is really well done, the d66 tables for chambers and corridors remind me of Four Against Darkness, but maybe a little better in my opinion - I do appreciate that it's split into two tables rather than all one big table. The other tables, with how they point toward other tables, reminds me a little of how Perilous Wilds is set up, but concise enough that it doesn't get too into the weeds and keeps the total thing really table-usable I think.
A little like Four Against Darkness, after running through this a bunch of times you might want to fiddle around with it, but, while that probably wouldn't be much work anyway, I actually think there's plenty here to last for a while, and I think it makes really great use of its 5 pages.
Could definitely see this being one of my carry-around items for when I just wanna do a little analog dungeon crawling in my spare time.
